Vine Street Market: Your Go-To Bakery & Café in Chattanooga

Bakery was cute, had a country style. Tried the apricot bar and the lemon bar - both had great quality! Inside was a bit cluttered and dated. There are better designs and layouts to explore if updating the shop's appearance aligns with their business strategy.

Fresh baked bread and desserts. Great quality and taste on the sandwiches. Pimento cheese sandwich and Cajun turkey sandwich were tasty. The lawn outside with the tables is a great place to enjoy a side road on the Northshore. Definitely will try again!

Simple lunch place. The type of place you go when you just don’t want to make lunch or are looking for a casual meet up with friends. Food is simple but tasty. To me, just a little over priced for the food you get, but probably on par for Northshore pricing. My sandwich and chips was $12. My biggest qualm is with the atmosphere and accessibility. They have food, ingredients and packing supplies all stored out in the inside eating area and it makes the space feel very tight and messy. This place is also not accessible by wheelchair at all. Luckily I am ambulatory and came on a good day. The parking lot is gravel and there is a little bit of a gap in the ramp. The inside space is also tight and would be hard to maneuver. The bathroom is impossible for someone who needs to transfer as the toilet is up on a platform.

I had the Greek salad and it was so big! It was delicious and came with a soft roll. The cranberry tea was thirst quenching and not too sweet. Cozy indoor seating or you can sit outside. Great place to meet up with a friend and have lunch. I’ll definitely go back!

It’s tucked inside what used to be a house, so the inside is extra cozy (a little tight, but in a charming way), and there’s plenty of outdoor seating if you want some fresh air. Parking can be a little tricky depending on when you go (just be mindful it’s in a residential area). The food is absolutely amazing and always feels like a meal from home. I love stopping here on my lunch break, especially after a stressful workday. The service is quick, friendly, and kind; and don’t skip the desserts!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Vine street! The Asian chicken salad is my go to and paired with the gnocchi soup! But one of my favorite things is their orange blossom muffins! We have tried several other items and have not been disappointed.

We stopped while shopping for lunch here. What a treat! The weather was perfect as we sat outside. I had the chicken salad and it was wonderful! The muffins were also the best. Don’t miss it!
